Our introductory program is the perfect way to "play before you pay" and is designed to almost give you a crash course over a few weeks which should enable you to make that important descision....."is this for me or my child?" without having to pay out fees, membership or money for karate suits and then find out you or your child does not like it.
Student enrollment is simple and has no set dates, therefore you can come along to any of the mixed classes (for ages 7yrs+ - Tuesday 7.15pm or Thursday 6.30pm), enroll and take part either that evening or the following week depending on your preference. Please come along to one of our classes and have a chat with the Instructor who will show you the enrollment process and the 3 week (ages 7+ only) lesson planner etc.......and by the way, all new students who enroll on this free introductory program will be taught either on a one to one basis or as part of a small group, giving you all the attention that you need to ensure you get the most out of the program. Additionally, those students who complete the program will be awarded with a Certificate for their efforts and be eligible to join the main classes within the Academy.
If your child is between the ages of 4~6yrs, then the Tang Soo Do Tigers is the class for you....currently this is held on a Tuesday evening at Heronsbridge School between the hours of 6.30~7.10pm and a Wednesday evening in Westward Community Centre in Cefn Glas between 6:30~7:30pm. No need to book a slot in advance, please just turn up, introduce yourself and your child, and away you go! This class is great fun and introduces younger children into the martial arts without being too complicated or too rigid.
